A personal message from our Managing Director, Tom Joyner

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the Royal Family following the death of Her Majesty The Queen.

Her Majesty has been an inspiration to so many and will be greatly by missed by people from around the world.

Many of us have had the privilege of meeting and welcoming her during our railway careers, and as an industry we are immensely proud of playing a role in allowing Her Majesty to travel around the United Kingdom.

Over the coming days and weeks we will come together as an industry to provide the necessary travel arrangements to assist the nation in paying their respects at this sad time.
