To highlight the ease with which customers can save time and hassle by buying tickets through our website or mobile app, we have launched a new campaign called Take the easy route.
Promotional look-walkers were on the streets and at stations in Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds throughout May handing out leaflets to highlight how, by using the CrossCountry website or Train Tickets app, travellers can avoid the queues at stations and take the stress out of buying tickets for their train journeys.
Other areas where we featured the Take the easy route campaign included station and on-train posters, our website homepage and online banner advertising.
