Seat Reservations Are you planning to travel First Class with us during the week? Please reserve your seat in Coach A, Monday – Friday to fully enjoy our First Class service from a dedicated First Class host. If you have already made a booking in First Class and have a seat reservation that is not in Coach A, please contact your original retailer to amend your seat reservation, if you booked through CrossCountry, you can contact our Customer Relations team. On-board service Please bear with us. We are currently reviewing our catering offer, as such some of our services won’t have the advertised catering on board over the coming weeks. Please travel with adequate refreshments in case your service is one of those affected. First Class customers who have booked via CrossCountry and provided their email address will have received information about their travel options. We hope to be back to a full service soon. |

An at-seat service of complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks is available throughout the day for all First Class customers.
Please note; in the interest of keeping you and our team safe, we are not currently accepting the use of reusable cups on-board our services.
Making a longer journey?
In addition to drinks and snacks, customers on longer journeys can choose from a range of complimentary sandwiches.
