How can I change my ticket and what is a 'change of journey'?
For Advance train tickets purchased through our website, mobile site or Train Tickets app, you can amend your date and time of travel.
Sign into My Account and then select 'View your bookings'. This will give you a list of your bookings, please select Amend journey on the booking you wish to make a change to.
CrossCountry won't charge you an administration fee to change your Advance train ticket.← Back to customer service
