How do I book assisted travel?

If you require any extra assistance to help you make your journey, we offer our Passenger Assist service.

You can select and book assistance for your journey when you buy your tickets - our website lets you choose exactly what help you need from a number of options. Simply fill in the answers online and once you have placed your booking one of our customer service staff will be in contact to confirm your requirements. Alternatively, you call our dedicated Passenger Assist team to book the assistance for your journey. Our Passenger Assist team will help you plan your journey, go through your ticket options and pre-arrange the assistance you need when you travel.

Please be aware that from 21 September 2020, Customer Relations will be changing the hours of operation to ensure we continue to be available for our customers.
