What address do I send my unused tickets to for a refund?

If your point of purchase was CrossCountry, then send your unused tickets to:

CrossCountry Trains Refunds
PO Box 23972

Remember, when returning unused tickets to us, we recommend you send them recorded delivery as we are unable to process refunds unless we receive the tickets.

Please note, if your tickets are unused then you will have to contact the point of purchase.
