The new Worcestershire Parkway station is now open.

It is the county’s first new railway station in over 100 years and will play a major role in growing the region’s rail infrastructure. The station will allow passengers to access CrossCountry’s services between Cardiff and Nottingham, and GWR services to London. The improved rail connectivity allows easier travel into and out of the county, supporting the local business and leisure economy.

Users of the station will benefit from easy access from the B4104 and a 500 space car park with reasonable charges. As well as easy access by car, those arriving by bike will experience a much-improved cycle way from Woodbury Lane and plenty of cycle parking including a two-tier rack near platform 2.

The station is also fully accessible, with a lift to support access to all three platforms.
